I’ve always loved Anderson Valley fruit, and this is slaying. Baking spice, earth, lively acidity, and all around delicious.

12.3% ABV Western Anderson Valley pinot, near town of Navarro. Vines are 30 years old, on iron rich sandstone, Pommard clone. Fermented w/ 15% whole clusters for 16 days, 25% new oak for 16 months. Very aromatic, blackberry’s, medium bodied, moderate tannin.
