Aromas of dark cherry, slow-roasted strawberries, and balsamic continue onto the palate with flavors of prunes, dried figs, and subtle notes of autumn spice and bittersweet chocolate. Finish is long with balsamic and earthy cocoa lingering on palate. Outstanding. Has really nice freshness still, and tannins are well integrated, providing a smooth mouthfeel. Vintage is 2015. — 2 months ago
Such pure dark berry fruit, concentrated almost black berry fruit snacks. A little toast, clove, and black tea. Rustic edges. Luscious currant and berry fruit fill the mouth. Softening tannin. Stands up well to steak. Solid length. From Tuscany. Outstanding QPR. — 5 years ago

A really good chianti. Aroma is just fantastic. It puts your nose alive with fruit and earth. A smooth earthy wine with medium body. Recommend but probably not worth the price. — 9 years ago

High acid. It has that umami good good that I look for in a rustic Italian. Dried oregano. Tart cherry. A good value for sure. — 15 days ago
