Just bringing the glass to your nose indicates this is insane Sangiovese. Ripe cherry, herbs, tobacco, game, but a brightness underneath as it opens. Needed 4 hours of air. One of my top Sangiovese wines.

2013. 100% Sangio. Starts out a little funky but when this gets going it’s on. Could use some time and if you open now decant.
