Lovely dark amber color. Beautiful aromas and flavors of caramel, molasses, maple syrup, citrus zest and roasted nuts. Hint of saline on the long and luxurious finish. Sweetness is certainly there but there is also nice minerality (and that hint of saline) that really keeps this Wine extremely well balanced. Fresh and lively. Quite tart and smooth. Not as heavy as a usual Chardonnay, almost like it’s skipping (happy). Very lemony and bright. A hint of peppery spice at the end. Definitely not oaky. — 10 months ago

Such freshness, vivid flavors: just picked cherries, florals, sweet herbaceous notes, white pepper, varietally correct.
