Not too buttery, not too steely, but just Goldilocks right, and a perfect Chardonnay to accompany my lobster bisque at The Palm Restaurant. Enjoyed the 2016 vintage with the aforementioned bisque as well as choice pieces of broiled lobster with drawn butter at my caricature dinner—a memorable evening for sure! — 5 years ago

Une belle couleur jaune avec de très légers reflets verts. Au nez c'est floral avec une belle note fruitée... complexe entre pêche et ananas. En bouche ça attaque très rond puis on a une note amère très agréable qui équilibre le gras et qui finit en pamplemousse / fruits de la passions subtils. On a une pointe de roche mais c'est discret en toile de fond. Ce n est pas une caricature de Sancerre mais on a quelque chose de très complexe. Un vrai régal — 5 years ago

Freshly stripped cedar and oils of minty wintergreen and peppercorn. Crushed raspberries and macerated strawberries growing wild in the thick of a dark forest. — 3 years ago

Smells French, tastes French, is French! Nicely balanced and complex red Bordeaux with a gentle perfume of fruit and flowers,, subdued tannins and Gallic earth and minerals.
