There's a bitterness here that isn't for everyone. But minerality, light lemon peels, and maybe some sage prevail here not so much on the nose but the palate. A substantial body that makes this closer to a Chardonnay than a Pinot Gris. While I love the apple aromas typical of Posip, this one has less of that. Still good, but as I say, not for everyone. — 2 months ago
Floral nose, almost like a Gewurtztraminer. Fresh, lemony, great with seafood — 6 months ago
Amazing with seafood on a hot day! Beautiful wine!! — 8 months ago
Always fun but perhaps a bit youthful at the moment. Great cocktail wine. — 6 months ago
This Croatian white wine is produced with native Pošip grapes, and its my first experience with this varietal. I was very surprised with this wine’s Chablis-like character: heavy minerals and deep acid with hints of herbaceous citrus that linger longingly on the pallet. Extremely enjoyable in the heat of the summer, and easily stood against its pairing of short ribs in heavy porter sauce. Enjoy! — 6 months ago

Ripe, broad and quite rich yet pithy & juicy - this full of character and dangerously drinkable ( the 14%!).
Brimming full with ripe white peaches, meadow flowers and honey melon, on the palate this is surprisingly savoury & dry. Nicely balanced and shows good precision, depth & length.
A truly lovely wine, and so food friendly. — 7 months ago
