Great stuff. Still youthful, nice blue/black fruit and lively acidity. — 3 years ago
Full bodied fruity blend super Tuscan. Great with Italian food — 4 years ago
Have you baked fruit I’ve only slightly accompanied, bacon, spices, more like a little bit of juicy and fatty tannins that complement more than blend. Gives a good structure, so the whole thing doesn’t end up too jammy. Woods beyond oak like cedar, cigarbox, Cedar, Pinion-wood, things like that. A little bit of forest floor mushroom. — 6 months ago
Had with a great fra diavolo. — 2 years ago
Very tasty and exciting blend. Herbal notes of Carmenere, sleekness of Carignan, dark savory notes of fig and raisin seed from 100yr old Pais. Drink now or hold 12-18 months.
50% Carmenere, 25 % Carignan, 25% Pais — 4 years ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2013 Inferno Sesto Canto Riserva pours a luminous, pale garnet color with a transparent core. Medium+ viscosity and no staining of the tears. The nose is soaring out of the gate with remarkably pretty red fruit notes: strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red flowers, rocky earth and exotic spices. On the palate, medium+ tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and hugely satisfying. The 2013 Inferno Sesto Canto is inimitable in its purity and elegance. A wine of class. This was a beautiful pairing with risotto age shaved truffles. Drink now and through 2033. — 5 months ago
