Dec 12, 2020. Feast tasting. Pale straw, white flowers on nose. Lime, chalky. Really nice, easy drinking Chablis. Nice white for a non-white drinker. 😂 — 6 years ago
...San Genaro feast in Seattle. This I liked. As good as any Muga I’ve tasted. Would definitely recommend... — 7 years ago

Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral, honey and spicy notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and pear with citrus and floral wrapped in a nutty spice. Long finish, lively acidity, ending graceful with fruit, spice and savory citrus character. Great now! — a year ago

Subtle aromatics of pear and papaya. White flowers, lilies, methinks.
Slight bubbles dancing on the taste buds, strong medium acidity as a great backbone to the lavender, pear, and honey.

II’ve loved all the Sandhi 2012 range of whites & this £65 S&B is superb 👍 Paired with enough curry to get a small village going regular for a week 🤣 💨 sorry I didn’t take pics of that feast 😁

From a cool, windswept, 2.5 acre plot in McMinnville. A Pinot and Nebbiolo lover’s Syrah. High acid with taut, nervy red fruits. Pair with pomegranate chicken or a Thanksgiving feast. More than anything needs lots of ignoring for a good while. Drink 2025-2040. — 3 years ago
This #rioja is a nice bridge between modern style with the American oak and traditional style - bramble fruit, soft tobacco notes set off against sous bois, cremini mushroom. Nice weighty palate with deliciously quaffable acidity and yes some new oak tannins but they are well integrated. While this wine will continue to develop for another 5 years, in it’s half-decade it paired magnificently with garam masala spiced lamb chops, garbanzo bean stew (chole) and moong dal for an Indian feast on vacation. — 5 years ago

Another very pretty Syrah. Had this with the Cartmell family at Zake’s fabulous Cinco de Maya feast. Last bottle☹️ — 7 years ago
Sweet Madura tobacco and mocha with a touch of tar, dark roast coffee, prime rib, iron pan, luxardo cherry, cedar bark, toasted marshmallow in this autumnally aromatic feast of perfumes. Spicy and lean into dense graphite and dark chocolate, blueberry, cassis, smoky raisin, baked plum, blackberry and pomegranate reduction. Violets for miles with a rich sloe-berry and burnt sugar cookie finish. #williamfèvre #carmenère #espino #chilewineday #chile #wine #redwine #svs #singlevineyard #grancuvée #mountainwine #mountainfruit — 8 years ago
