Same year. Same producer as the previous bottle. Different terrior. Much better. Livelier and fresher in the palate. Not so sweet. — 4 years ago
This wine has matured beyond the petrol stage. Still hints of mango and pineapple. The mature flavours are hard to describe, but perhaps strong herbs in combination with ripe fruits comes close. Some fresh acid make it very interesting. Paired it with sweet honey hot spiced boneless ribs. nice combo.

Vintage 1991 | Made for eternity, it seems. Very present acidity which makes the wine vibrant. Exiting confrontation between sweet honey and butter and lively acids. Paired with turkey pate with olives. — 3 months ago
