Complex white and not for the faint of heart. Slight oxidation, muted floral aromas with subtle notes of almonds, beeswax, vermouth and green olive. This is a vehicle to enhance food. — 19 days ago

Bubbly, fun, but not too fun. — 22 days ago
Bouquet of boysenberry marmalade on toast.
This is one of those wines that has a complete one to one relationship between bouquet and drinking experience.
Intense, lush, full fruit. Berries. Mango. The type of wine that would make an excellent base for a sangria on a warm summer eve. — 6 days ago
Fragile - I don't believe it’s pronounced frah-ghee-lay - has a big, bright nose full of big, bright red fruit. A bit of heat pokes its head through, too, owing to the 15% alcohol content. That cherry-red fruit comes through on the palate as well, with a boatload of acidity to boot. The winery notes say Fragile pairs well with lighter fare and warm, sunny days. I'd have it with pork chops in a heartbeat. — a month ago
Vintage 2010 / my favorite Castillon because it is so seductive in smell and taste. Deep colour, rich smell of cedar and pencil shavings, red summerfruit, velvety taste, satin alike. Roundness and pleasure, still that pretty tension of tannins but very accessible too. Paired with tenderloin. Great Bordeaux from small region. — 4 days ago
Straw yellow in color, salinity and peaches on the palate. — 18 days ago
Molto buono. Pensiando il preso(forse sotto 15dollari) sarebbe il buono mercato. Ho bisono di predere un paio di botteglie. Penso che ho avuto al’enoteca di Empire che e il mio favarito. — a month ago
