2012: Organic and identical wine making to Beaucastel. Only 4 varieties: 30% Mouvedre. Very spiced, smoky, bright red fruit. Quite a vibrant and juicy style. Lots of black pepper, cloves and smoke on the finish. Seems quite varietal. Juicy red fruit. Good finish, very spiced plum.
