After 15 years in the bottle, I thought it was time and was I ever right! Perfectly aged! The tannins have been tamed but still give this classic Amarone the wonderful fruit flavors with no bitterness whatsoever and absolutely delicious to drink on its own. Full bodied, great nose and mouth feel while the taste just lingers and lingers within the whole mouth! This would be awesome with beef, pork, or any indigenous foods from Verona. — 4 months ago
