— 4 years ago
Medium-light garnet with thin auburn rim, bright and clear; damp earthy (reduction? brett?) aroma with fresh cherry, baked rhubarb, tobacco leaf; smooth, fine astringency dominates finish, barely medium acid, medium heat 13%. Not really any perceptible oak. After decant, more fruit (K: cherry coke) emerged, reduction subsided. Perfect with chicken from the charcoal grill after listening to a BW interview. — 7 years ago

Tasted at Venture Cafe event courtesy of BW 4/27/17. Excellent given its origins in MA! Impressive range of wines including a quite good Pinot noir. — 7 years ago
14’s at BW are 🔥🔥🔥. Sick nose of confectionary citrus. Huge minerals, wood smoke, just wow. Pink grapefruit. Super expressive. Super textured, deep and man that acid is off the chains. Superb playful minerality and a long salty finish. Wow. This is so good — 4 years ago
First white wine on the wine drive with Justin and Dan. Light greenish yellow, surprising for its age. Lots of citrus notes like lime and some granite on the nose. Heavy acidity (7/10) with a light plus body and well balanced. Tangy palate with citrus notes and a long mineral finish. Drink till 2020.
