Golden/Copper color. Aromas and flavors of bruised/cooked apples and honey. Nice steady stream of bubbles. Creamy/leesey texture. I was expecting some red fruit flavors (due to the Pinot Noir component) but they were not there. Unfortunately, this bottle may have oxidized a bit. Thank You John P.

Jul 5th, 2022Surprisingly delicious! Golden color, has a slightly different taste than you'd expect from a bubbly, but you grow to love it.

Jul 10th, 2017Tasted at Venture Cafe event courtesy of BW 4/27/17. Shockingly good for MA sparkler, who knew! Golden hew in color and nutty Sherry notes due to age and balanced palette with good length. Savory notes. Would be great to throw in a blind tasting!
