Not produced like a classic sparkler, but really good! Big apple and pear aromas followed by flavors of golden delicious apple, ripe basque pears with a hint of nuts. A bit off dry and very refreshing. A good option for a hot summer day. Best super chilled! Only knock is that the effervescence goes away pretty quickly.
