Apparently the most regal Gaudichot out there of the limited producers that make this odd/interesting plot. Sadly I forgot to take notes, but I recall the minerality, sandalwood, red/black berry fruit. Rather complex. Reminded me of George Noellats Beauxmonts. It's all about structure! Wonderful tannins and magical fruit mixed with something that might be undergrowth. I'm no expert whatsoever but I feel that drinking this Hauts Poirets at this stage would be something close to infanticide LOL.
