Standout of the Grand Tasting at Amisfield for the Central Otago Pinot Noir Celebration. Nose was seductive and perfumed which drew you in and finished you off before you had the chance to escape. Single punch down throughout the entire ferment. Francois Millet waxed poetic. An exemplary collaboration between Otago and Burgundy. — 7 years ago

Expressive, golden. Lots of body. An absolute treat. — 8 years ago

Deep, vinous, and length for days. Some special rose. — 5 years ago
Recommended by John, my go-to neighborhood vino maven. It’s almost summer and the heat that sucks you dry throughout the day can be exhausting.
I nestle down with my new-to-try bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.
The bouquet is a bouquet of jasmine and orange flowers made of apricot essence.
High acid, but balances perfectly with the minerality and natural sweetness of mangoes.
Distinct and interesting. — 7 years ago

Vintage 2016 | Anjou Blanc from Chenin Blanc vieilles vignes from three plots: Les Gâts, Les Saulaies and Les Zersilles. Demi-sec. Perfect end of the year luncheon wine with rilettes de canard. Beautiful. Honey, quince and minerals in smell. Utterly balanced in taste. Great wine. Thanks to all friends in the Delectable community for exchanging tasting notes and knowledge. It means a lot to me 🙏 good New Year’s Eve and a healthy and Happy New Year. — 2 years ago

Minerally, lemon clawback from a tease of tropics/gooseberry. New oak gives it a little more seriousness, but not a malo/creamy mess — it’s crisp. Good “house” Sancerre — 6 years ago

Fragrant- floral and almost tropical. Flavors of stone, pear and grass. Strong acidity. What I’d expect in a Pouilly Fume — 5 months ago
