Having this delicious wine with chicken stuffed with home grown sage pesto wrapped in prosciutto. Has a nice dry slate flavor with a hint of pear. — 8 months ago
Interesting wine. Some sort of semi obscure Tuscan grape sometimes used for blending in Chianti. Very very juicy - maybe too much so. Pretty light, but with great fruit and a surprisingly long finish. Good acid, very little in the way of tannins.
Editing up to 9.0 with a bit more air. Fleshes out in a nice way. — a year ago
A very good winter wine that would warm you up without feeling like you’re in a hot tub — a year ago
Light, floral and perfumed nose, Medium bodied with grippy, dusty tannins, with prominent flavors of red and black cherry and hints of coffee, hibiscus and a nice freshness that lasts and lasts, with a very slight taste of wet stones at the veryyy back of the palate at the finish. We liked it and would but again! — a year ago
