Sour red and black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of figs, black olives, woody herbs and black pepper spice. Nice hint of charred oak on the medium-plus finish. This never disappoints. Fruity and well balanced acidity make it a nice aperative on a hot summer day. The bells of the Santa Maria della Costa on 20 meters give it an extra uplift. The view is spectacular btw. — 7 months ago
