Quite lighter but full of fruity flavors. I probably wouldn’t open this for a few more years at the earliest. Great mouthfeel though even so young. — 7 months ago
Definitely showing its age. Garnet color. Licorice and smoke. Migrating towards a port like finish. — a month ago
Ripe dark fruits , slight floral on the nose. Boysenberry, hint of honey, velvety, very late tannin , balanced body. Love it — 9 months ago
Cherries and spice, dry, crushed rose petals, delicious. Repeat. — 2 years ago
Honestly, I forgot I had this and was worried I was 10 years too late with it. But I tell you what… there is life left in this bottle! Dark fruit, mostly gone but still there. Chocolate and leather too. Then come raisins. Bone dry, smooth but not silky, still some black tea tannins and big structure. Yes, it’s past prime (at 28 years old, I was out of my prime too!) but wisdom replaces energy. — 2 months ago
