Had a lot of bad Lambrusco’s lately in the pursuit of something decent. This one has good effervescence, big fruit, with prominent blueberry, pine sap, cooked orange, green pepper and tannin. The palate is pure fruit with light tannin, with some smokeiness around the edges, like brisket or braised short rip, but the finish is dry, with a slight acid zing. One of the better Lambrusco. — 3 months ago

Beautiful pungent orange wine — 2 months ago
Expressive nose with quite a lot of baking spice and some fresh red cherry + a pinch of exotic spice. Ripe, full, enticing
On the palate this is round & smooth with sultry, velvety tannins, a very nice presence on the mid palate and quite long lasting, spicy finish. Riper & rounder than I usually like my Barberas but a very nice wine nonetheless. The 15% alc sticks out a bit in the end though. — 3 months ago
Bought at Pine Orchard 10/23 $15. Light and bright color and flavors. Acidic but not too much. Great w/ lighter fare and by itself. — 5 months ago
