Perfect deep garnet color. Fruit way too subdued for a 2019. Nose was flat. Jordan is a tried and true California cab. But this bottle was not a good showing for the $56 bucks at Costco. Just a nice red wine. Sorry — 2 months ago
Vanilla ice cream (not French vanilla) with cherry compote vibes. Rich body thanks to the petit verdot. Quite a delight for our 6th anniversary dinner! — 2 months ago
Soft, medium-full bodied, good character, hint of chocolate, finishes smoothly. Very good at $20 price point. Definitely buy again. — a month ago
Seen this for years and thought it was Lodi for some reason, but this is legit Sonoma fruit and made in a very traditional way: all brambly and spicy, great extract and personality. Balanced and cohesive all the way thru modest finish. Great QPR as well — 2 months ago
Still has many years of cellaring ahead but delicious esp when decanted. Dark and rich. — 2 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Blend 95% Cabernet Sauv, 2.5% Cabernet Franc, 2% Merlot, splash Petit Verdot, blended before being aged 24 months in American Oak, 50/50 new and second used. Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, spice and hints of sweet spice. On the palate flavors of blackberry, black cherry and currants with licorice, cacao, vanilla and savory herbs. Fine tight tannins, long finish ending with fruit, spice and savory mineral character. Nice! — 14 days ago
