Clear, deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of cassis, cedar, and graphite on the nose; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blackberries, black cherries, eucalyptus, and wet gravel with a medium finish. This wine is intense and complex, but a little too tannic and bitter for the amount of fruit (it probably needs more age, or more time in the decanter). After 30 minutes in a decanter, this wine is much more balanced and well integrated. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 2 months ago
Vibrant color. Wow, it’s like the Little Red Riding-hood porridge of wine. Not too dry, bold, acidic, long, short or tannic. Just right! Absolutely delicious. Would absolutely buy again and one of the best wines I’ve had in a long time. — 4 days ago
Balanced with front fruit and decent body. No overpowering aspects. — 24 days ago
Light sweet and crisp more of a spring time wine than a fall but would definitely get again! — 2 months ago
"Odedi"
Pale lemon in color.
Strong nose of apples, lemons, limes, minerals and light diesel notes.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with a touch of RS to balance it out. Showing citrus, apples, pears, light earth, light diesel, limes, light grapefruits herbs and sea salt.
Tangy finish with limes and herbs.
This 4 year old Riesling from Spring Mountain is starting to drink nicely now, but needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly. Spicy and entertaining.
I've had a few vintages of this wine, and so far the 2018 vintage is my favorite one.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years.
Elegant and nicely balanced. Complex and interesting.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Crisp and better when not too cold.
13.2% alcohol by volume.
91 points.
