A Rossi that Drinks like a brunello — 4 years ago
Delicious field blend of Grenache 80% Mourvèdre 15% Syrah 5%. Displays ripe red fruits earthy pasture notes and irony meat/leather. (Subtle) happy with the amount of bottle age. Balanced with a long finish. — 2 years ago
Drinking something unique and old like this is often a joy. But, I’d put this in the interesting but not delicious category. Brown like a Solera sherry, I can really only imagine this wine working in a haute cuisine pairing. Or in Sardinia on a cliff overlooking the sea, eating fried fish or some pecorino with tartufo and nuts as an antipasto. — 4 years ago

Wow💥 Presents Intoxicating aromatics, deep garnet color, smooth balanced full bodied mouth feel, gentle layering and a wonderful long lingering finish of black berries and vanilla. It is one of the best wines I've ever tasted. I like to drink it solo or with fruits and cheese. A light wine that tastes delicious😋 — 2 years ago
Same as before lean and interesting texture of old Zin that paired well with the mild curry chicken dish by Evan. A food wine for sure and very American — 3 years ago
Beautiful, beautiful wine. Well integrated blend of deep red fruit and violet flowers, with a long finish and a silky texture. The aromatic white grapes really add a freshness and a lightness that makes this shine. — 4 years ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Small production, 150 cases, aged 11 months in French oak, 35% new. Met winemaker David Rossi who makes small batches by buying fruit from top vineyards and using a shared winery for crafting his small batch wines. Deep Ruby with a full range of berry aromas with wafts of earthy notes. On the palate blackberry & ripe cherry with oak and subtle spice. Fine tannins, lingering ending with fruit and some dusty spice. Nice now but let’s see if it aged well. I’ll grab a bottle and put it aside. Check back! — 3 months ago
