Vintage 2016 | half bottle | Rödelseer Küchenmeister Auslese | Top tier Riesling from Franken. Smell if you walk into a spices shop… biscuit spices, clove, cinnamon, creamy smell and butter chatter taste with enough acids to preserve its vitality. Still young. — a month ago
2015; Reduced acidity = Welcome. Please see my past notes on this vintage. I had hoped to hold this longer, but it was too darn delicious, the last bottle on vintage.
Paired to za'tar chicken topped with a salad of lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped parsley and toasted/chopped walnuts, perfect. 91-92

Epic. Thank you @Lyle Fass Genius stuff — a month ago
Similar to prior notes:
Nose has cold Spree candy, lime zest, green garden herbs, overly dried lemon pith and Clementine peel.
Palate has dried lime slice, orange pith and under-ripe yellow peach. A touch of sweetness is quite nice and not obtrusive.
Decanted 3H.
Paired to sweet chilli chicken thighs (Dorie Greenspan) to cut the spice of the dish. — 6 months ago
