This was very expressive, but I found the stone and tropical fruit to be a bit overpowering. Perhaps this could in fact mellow out for a year or two. In any case, a wine that without a doubt has a lot going on; good acid, stone, and a wide array of fruit that moves between ripe orchard fruit and more exotic pineapple and tangerine. — a month ago
Italian Gru-V! Delicate aromas of white flowers, apricot and tropical fruits. Bright citrus flavors with mineral and asparagus notes on the pallet. Hint of white pepper spice. Yellow/Green color. Wonderful freshness. Tastes like spring in a bottle! Bracing acidity. Excellent. — 2 months ago
One of my favorite whites of all time. You get the lemony citrus and the minerality. Great acid. Really hard to beat. Perfect wine for oysters on the half shell. — 15 days ago
Had on Ben's birthday weekend in Paso (before dinner on Sunday). Light gold in color. Vibrant acidity and good minerality. Very good QPR.
