Really good. Sometimes an Italian Bordeaux blend is what you want.
Nose has some lovely pleasant earthiness. Spectacular. Gorgeous aromatics. Wtf? I gave this a 9.1 at Vinitaly.
I did see upside but only had 15 minutes to taste. This stuff is THE SHIT.
Blackberry fruit. Good juiciness. Very good deliciousness. Some spice.
Not over the top obnoxiously ripe. Emilia Romagna. North of Tuscany. So less ripe.

Very mild, both on the nose and pallet. Low tannins and short finish. Really enjoying this wine! — 18 days ago
Last vin tasted was ‘11 as there were no ‘12 or ‘13. Deep Ruby, blend 70% Tempranillo, 20% Graciano & 10% Mazuelo, aged in new French oak for 15 months (‘11 was 24 mos). Concentrated red fruit aromas with floral, oak & pepper spice. On the palate ripe red fruit flavors, complex with layers fruit & spice, noting espresso, cacao and licorice. Tannins are tight and will soften with time. Well balanced, long finish ending with fruit, spice and oak. Decant now, otherwise let sit in the cellar. Nice! — a month ago
Lacking of varietal taste and flavour. Maybe a bit too much of oak. No defects. Sauvignon coming out just at the last in the mouth — 25 days ago
Deep lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits and honeysuckle blossom. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot and lemon juice with generous acidity, long finish ending with wet stone minerality. Tried several bottles, got better with some age. Nice! — 2 months ago
Absolutely better than $9.99 — 2 days ago
