Deep Ruby with purple edges, aromas of dark fruits, herbs and spice. On the palate flavors of cherry, plum and licorice with spicy notes. Medium finish, dusty tannins, vivid acidity ending with fruit and spice. — a month ago

Mary Taylor Navarra Tempranillo 2019

Nose has blackberry, ripe cherry, muddy soil, mahogany, cold cigar, (light) green herbs and fig bar.

Palate has wet blackberry, dried blueberries, brown sugar, tobacco leaf and sundried tomato. Decent tannins (yeah I know it's youthful) but ready to go, medium finish length, rich and delicious.

You are amazing me. Fig bar? Never tried a tobacco leaf green or dried? And obviously I do not like cold cigars 😂.

Vintage Port Blend 2017

Felt like a vampire pouring this dark purple port into the carafe. Similar color and viscosity to a pint of blood. Dark and dried fruit forward. Bold and semi-sweet with a nice finish. Too young but whatever. I enjoyed. — 2 months ago
