Tycker det är roligt att ge otrendiga druvor som zinfandel en chans ibland. Det här var nog bästa exemplet av druvan jag druckit. Vingården planterades 1972 med enbart zin (många andra i Sonoma är field blends) och vingårdsarbetet är mkt seriöst. Nästan pinot-lik upplevelse. Väldigt elegant! Rosor, kryddor, örter. This Zin is outstanding! Let it breather for a bit to get the best taste and smell. The smell of this wine is incredible and the taste is as well. Leather, tobacco at the front and a jammy fruit with a hit or vanilla/spice. Velvety and smooth it’s a pleasure to drink. Drink on its own for a the true tasteful experience! We had with meats and cheeses but they diluted the wonderful taste of this beautiful wine. — 4 months ago
