Saldo California Zinfandel

Smooth Zin, with the typical peppery notes. I am not the greatest fan of Zin, but this one is solid. Not a wine for everyone.

Zin isn’t our style. We liked it the more we drank but we prefer something else.

Bought to pair with burgers. Tastes artificial flavors. Was my go to. Maybe it’s my taste buds changing with age.

Good. Fruity but won't drink well the next day. Crush in a single evening

Blackberry on the nose with magenta color. Sweet jammy fruit bomb with notes of dark chocolate in the front and a peppery cinnamon finish. Let it breathe and you’ll get hints of spearmint, apricot, coconut. Medium bodied with low acidity. Fruity spicy sweetness pairs well with pork.

Had with steak and so good!

Fresh and crisp. Notes of fresh berries, plum, and currant.

Took to Michael’s first dinner. Thanksgiving. Good choice.

Wonderful Zinfadel. You can taste the Orin Swift roots. A little jammy on the front but wonderful finish.
