Les Grands Terroirs Séchet Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay 2017

Rounded, with a mouth filling core of citrus and white flower. Decent length and likely this will evolve further nicely over the coming couple of years. Quite a contrast to the more classical taut, mineral MdT of the same vintage tried a few days ago. — 24 days ago

Vaudésir Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2012

First Billaud for me. Amazing. Had with a Dauvissat Les Clos same vintage. Both were spectacular. — a month ago

Chablis Chardonnay 2019

A perfectly decent classic Chablis. Green apples & melon, limestone austerity & salinity.
Starts off quite round, with ripe fruit on the forefront. But the acidity & mineral backbone quickly take over giving this delicious mineral & saline linear purity.
Juicy, savoury, fresh. Perfect with grilled mackerel!

Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay

Rich and citrus fruity and acidic. Good stimulation to deep mouth and throat area to make me appetite. Well balanced. 2018 @1150, Kping -, 220517-220527 — a month ago

Les Preuses Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2010

Seems to be in a perfect spot showing nice richness, balance with orchid fruits, saline, mineral & racy acid. — 3 months ago

Les Clos Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay 2012

Dauvissat doesn’t miss. Treat as always to have the Les Clos. Had next to Billaud Preuses also a 12. Both reflected their vineyards. — a month ago

Really delicious. Rich yet relatively high toned. 13.3%! Impressive. Day 2, kind of strange. Lowered rating a bit. — 3 months ago
