Lemon, peach, sea shell, river rock, perfumed white flower. Medium+ body with slightly oily feel on the palate. Plenty of zippy acidity to keep it fresh though. Lots of citrus and floral notes of lemon, lime, and orange with some pith and mineral bitterness.
Tasty stuff and excellent value. Hitting the spot on these warmer days. — 4 days ago
Color of burgundy with a slight purple hue. Quite clear. Nose of nice dried strawberry, beautiful aldehyde, nice savory herb, oily paint, and strength of alcohol. Nose is beautiful and well refined. Taste follows the nose with addition of zest, slight sweetness, warmth of alcohol, and mellow tannins. Well balanced and tasty. Aftertaste is long and savory. Beautiful. — 3 days ago
Nose is really gorgeous but muted. Really elegant cherry flowers. But they are like hidden behind a veil.
Palate is cherry fruit. Some licorice. Maybe a kiss of cocoa? Great silky texture.
Gorgeous material here. Needs a long decant or a few years at this point. But a great wine.
Day 2 still perfect balance. Nose is intense potpourri. Really deep and beautiful. Palate is still so juicy. Dense. Delicious.

Really enjoyed the battle between oiliness and minerality on the tongue. It has a nice soft and subtle stone fruit vibe that could also hold its own with some Mediterranean food we had for dinner. — 8 days ago
Mets/DeGrom accompaniment, suitably exciting & pedigreed. Closest to a Barolo clone I’ve ever had in a Dolcetto. Slightly gamey, black & dark red fruits, fine tannins still need development. Despite the youth it really has great mid palate depth & the intensity is there. A new producer to me. Nothing like a Dolcetto, which is ok given its low 20$ price & quality. — 6 days ago
Ruby with berry fruit aromas, mint and herb cedar scents. On the palate black cherry & raspberry, licorice, citrus rind and herb notes. Full taut tannins bring fruit to long finish ending with herbs and earthy mineral. Nice! Just starting to open up now and will age over next 5-10 years. — 2 days ago
White for when Italy is wearing their white kits.

Medium Ruby with complex aromas of ripe berry fruits and fresh floral, mint and herb citrus scents, aged for 36 months in oak. On the palate the palate flavors of raspberry, cherry, tobacco and fresh herbs give this medium+ body wine some power, yet it’s graceful and elegant. Soft fine tannins on a well balanced frame makes this wine enjoyable today but it will be better in about 5 years and over the next decade. — 3 days ago
Ruby with black fruit aromas and herb floral scents. On the palate dark berry, black cherry & raspberry, cinnamon, licorice and floral herb notes. Full taut tannins bring fruit to long finish ending with spice and earthy mineral. Wonderful! Just beginning to open, will age well over next 5-7 years. — 2 days ago
Medium Ruby with aromas of floral, dark berry fruits and oak notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry, ripe cherry, licorice, tobacco and savory vanilla oak spice wrapped in tight firm tannins that need at least 5 more years to start showing finesse. Long finish ending with fruit and earthy mineral spice. Let this one sit for a while, it is a beauty. — 3 days ago
