I really enjoyed this - I felt like it was bold with dark fruit, and was better slightly chilled. — 2 days ago
Exactly what I hoped for: generous, sensuous, brimming with Classic Zin character, this has many years to go, but still delivers now. — 7 days ago

Michel Rolland makes a Merlot worthy of envy. Full flavored with plesant Tannins and luxurious mid pallet flavor. — 10 hours ago
Deep ruby in color; black cherries, baking spices, and leather on the nose; medium acidity; high tannins; tastes like black plums, blackberries, and boysenberries with a long finish. Chewy, good mouth feel. Nellie says it ok. I love it. I bet it would have been great with a steak, if I hadn't reverse seared them. The oak in the wine is intensified by the smoke on the steak. Still a really good wine. — 22 days ago

2017 Turkey Zinfandel from Howell Mountain. I called the color deep purple. First thing that hit me is very creamy nose… vanilla cream that fills some donuts (heavy malo?). Fresh blueberry… lots of berries, it’s a berry salad. Also dried prune/fig, some chocolate and baked spices. Solid wine! I need to drink more zin!! — 12 days ago
Very nice! Buy again. — 5 days ago
Deep color, not too big but it’s a classic . The ‘13 napa character is strong :) — 24 days ago

Same comments. Brooding wine tonight. Maybe with some air will start to sing. Nevertheless, nice ripe fruit, red and black. Earthy. Grippy tannins. Medium minis finish. — 17 days ago
