Before we take a sip, we must embrace this bouquet! The bouquet was amazing. Full of blackberries, cedar and oak. On the palet, this full bodied wine is on the dryer side but paired well with a Tuscan pizza! I guess it comes down to what you eat it with?! Vibrant (can’t find another good descriptor) purple in colour.
Needs a bit of time to open up, but when it does… Forrest fruit. Oak. Smoke. Tobacco. Complex yet still delicate. Finish lingers.
