Preston Of Dry Creek

Preston Farm and Winery

Cinsault 2018

Preston Farm & Winery Cinsaut 2018: Medium-bodied. Great balance. Light tannins. Light acidity. Pomegranate. Strawberry. Cranberry. Spice. Earth. Soft oak. Dried fruit finish. A delicious, easy-drinking, single-varietal selection if you are looking for an alternative to Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon. What a beautifully crafted wine. Cheers🍷 — 11 days ago

Dry Tokaj Furmint Hárslevelu 2019

The best dry tokaj I've had and the first one with hárslevelu blended in with furmint. Floral and citrus notes on the nose and orchard fruits on the palate. After a couple of hours the apples gave way to tangy grapefruit flavors. Very cool bottle all around! 70% Furmint, 30% Hárslevelu. 8/4/22. — 3 months ago

Dry Freese Seneca Lake Riesling 2020

Outstanding FLX Riesling! Small single vineyard (Freese) version shipped only to club members. (Thank You Tom and Deb M). Bright gold color with hints of salmon and pink. Aromas and flavors of peach and yellow apple fruit with a steady presence of minerals and wet stones. Touch of salinity on the finish. Somewhat full and round. Skin contact? Excellent! — 20 days ago

Dry Estate Vineyard Riesling 2020

Picked up 3 at the Vineyard. Deep wine with honey, massive floral elements, pine, and very subtle petrol. Not a classic Riesling and more of a Viognier in my mind. Unique and enjoyable. — 6 days ago

Columbia Valley Dry Rosé Blend 2021

New summer, new vintage to try. Pale salmon pink, excellent clarity. Nectarine note in nose, even when well chilled. Floral, nectarine and lemon flavors, blessedly dry, mineral finish with a touch of skin astringency. Love this wine! — 15 days ago

Ridge Vineyards

East Bench Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel 2018

Deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits and tangy spices. On the palate flavors of blackberry and raspberry with black pepper, tar, spice and a touch of earthy herbs. Fine rustic tannins, medium+ finish ending with fruit, earthy spice and some oak. Nice! — 18 days ago

Bevan Cellars

Dry Stack Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Slightly hazy (unfined and unfiltered) straw gold. Inviting nose and medium bodied palate of underripe quince, citrus rind, and balsam with a bit of extra "texture" (light tannin?) from the process. Medium acidity shows from entry to lengthy, lemony finish. Russell Bevan does it again. A luscious California SB treated like it's baby boy, CS, yields a white wine that's ready for fuller fare like roasted pork or fowl, swordfish or shark, or a melange of firm roots and greens. Not your mother's SB. Drink now through 2025. — 12 days ago

N: Vauge almonds, peaches, Apricot.

Quite refreshing, not too serious.
A nice find from the Veneto.
Sorbara vinified white…..
With time open, the nose gets pleasantly funkified. Damp yeasty.
