Delicious and so full-bodied from a lightly colored wine. Wonderful! I’d drink this every day! Mouthwatering cherry notes. — 2 months ago
Very light. Beautiful colour. Little spice on it. Very good! — 7 months ago
2nd Pelaverga this week and not mad about it. Medium–light bodied. Very mineral, wet steel, black pepper (not as pronounced as other Pelaverga?), tart cherry, rhubarb, delicate tannins, lots of acidity, 12% alcohol. From Flatiron Wines. 02/08/22 — 8 months ago
Elatis blends nebbiolo, pelaverga, & barbera
Served with Vinloq System
👁Crystal clear: pink and light orange
👃Citrus. Bright & fresh
👅Elegant. Grapefruit, strawberry, chalky minerality with light smoke. Concentrated by rosé standards. Crisp finish with mod+ length
Stored Vinloq Preserved wine in fridge
Rosés are very transparent and fragile so oxidation quickly diminishes the fun. No oxidation here. Just as outstanding as DAY1 with no loss of fruit or oxidative notes
Elatis is beautifully executed and an outstanding value👍 — 6 months ago
