2024 summer. Burlotto makes lovely wines all across the range; this had a limpid character befitting the lovely light color, but also a breadth and warmth that is typical of these types of wines from Piemonte — 5 months ago
This is an excellent red that punches well above its weight. One note, but very enjoyable. Full bodied, sour cherries, with a satisfying tangy finish. Wonderful chilled. — 5 months ago

2022. Lovely wine. Same notes as my first bottle. My wife loved it too. Great with homemade Bolognese! — a month ago
This wine is PALE ruby with medium (+) intensity of red fruit (especially after a short decant) such as fresh wild strawberries, pomegranate, stewed strawberry rhubarb, redcurrant, red and black cherry compote, next to iris, lilac, black licorice, fennel fronds, anise seed, white pepper, and crushed wet stone notes. It’s a lovely compilation of fruit, floral, herb, spice, and mineral qualities.
But don’t let the pale hue fool you, this wine is no shrinking violet when it comes to structure; it’s dry with high alcohol (14% ABV), medium, fine-grained tannins, a medium body, and vibrant acidity, making it incredibly versatile as a culinary complement.
