Chateau Ste. Michelle

Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (80%) with some Syrah (12%) and other red varietals (8%) blended in. Aromas of blackberry, smoke, salt and meaty bacon. The palate is full of dark berry/plum fruit with hints of black cherry and dark chocolate. Touch of vanilla on the long and silky finish. Solid complexity and nicely structured. Well balanced acidity with fine tannins, medium(+) length, ending with earthy notes. Nice value! — 2 months ago
