From the same house we drank, today, their cool climate wines 'Whitehall Elgin Chardonnay' and 'Jonkershoek Cabernet Sauvignon'. Both were superb. Try to taste them also.

Night 1 a little funk on the nose- reminds me of the tester glue I used to build plastic models. Good fruit, med tannins, rustic. But pleasant. Day 2 the nose has more barnyard- band aid thing. Wine seems more together- cohesive. I like these old school wines. No flash. The Neil Young of wines. — 4 years ago
