Gift from Ashley and Gill. Would buy again! — 2 years ago
Strong mlf and smoke aromas, deep red colour, good balance of flavours with stewed blackberries, black pepper, and genuine clove flavours (as the label suggests!), nutmeg. High acid high tannin, good structure, you could keep for another 3-5 But hot to trot now. NB this was not navigator, it was 100% Shiraz — 5 years ago

Estate dates back to Crusades & Scottish navigator, George Smith, owner in the 18th century. Blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot aged in 20% new oak, deep Ruby with aromas of dark berry, herbs and earthy spice. On the palate flavors of plum, cherry & currant with notes of pepper, tobacco & cacao notes. Soft rich full tannins, long finish ending with fruit, earthy and mineral character, needs a little more time. — 2 months ago
Good - thanks to my friends at Wine Slash! — 4 years ago
Very supple. Lots of flavor. Few too many tannins for my taste. — 5 years ago
It’s beautiful from the first sip till the last one!! — a year ago
Cassis, black fruits, violets and red liquorice nose. Well structured on the palate with bright, floral acidity, and soft, subtle tannins. Short, pleasant finish that pairs well with a bit of char, and unique BBQ flavours. — 5 years ago
