Lovely white burgundy. Just what it says on the tin. Careful wet stones, and earth on the nose, with prominent cheese rind. Some caramel apple on the palate with vanilla, and oak with baking spice. Mineral finish. — 5 years ago
Cassis, black fruits, violets and red liquorice nose. Well structured on the palate with bright, floral acidity, and soft, subtle tannins. Short, pleasant finish that pairs well with a bit of char, and unique BBQ flavours. — 6 years ago

Richer, full expression of dolcetto - a bit of funk and reductive characteristics on the nose, alongside some cranberry and black fruit/vegetal notes. The mouth is powerful acidity, which tempers the intense tannins, and chalky texture. — 5 years ago
