A very tasty Pinot Noir from California. Nicely balanced with a nice smooth mouthfeel. Easy drinking with medium acidity.
Medium bodied and dry on the palate. Fruit forward with nice complexity.
Showing red fruits with light wood, spices, tobacco, chocolates and peppercorn.
Tangy finish with soft tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and good by itself.
13.2% alcohol by volume.

California Arneis is a wonderful thing. Butterscotch. Apricot. Round and full-bodied. The bright acidity balances out / disguises the 14.4% abv.
Gotta love winemakers with the gall to plant a grape whose name translate as “very difficult and demanding person” — 24 days ago
Looks like grapefruit juice in the glass. Smells of seashore and pomelo. Palate is lovely and complex. Tart limes, sea brine, some wood, a hint of tropical fruits, more citrus flavors, grass/hay component. It lingers on my palate with an almost nuttiness. I really enjoy this. It reminds me of some scholium project wines I’ve had in the past. — 9 days ago
Slightly better than the other but neither really made a huge impression. I remember liking this much more a couple of months ago at the winery. — 3 days ago
Nose is perfume. Light flowers, a hint of rose, with some greenery, apples in the background. Palate is nice. Very light with more flowers, green apple, a hint of lemon zest. It’s nice but too many other better ciders out currently. — 3 days ago
