Incredibly light and delicate with good acidity that developed over time. Crisp and juicy flavors of under ripe pear. — 2 months ago
Look at my previous note. Add age. That’s why this is a 9.9. Just the best 19 Auslese I’ve ever had. Masterful. Nervy tropical fruit. Elegant like nothing else. Loooooooong. Why is this not more well known? I did a poor job I guess. Also there is like none. — 14 days ago
Fresh, juicy & cool.
Pure nose full of ripe, yellow, juicy & sweet apples. Plus a whiff of fresh pastry dough and just a hint of something cool & pure underneath.
On the palate this is just so juicy. Fresh. Apples & pears at the forefront, ripe and succulent yet there’s a brilliant fresh balance and a cool, slightly salty finish.
Beautiful terrace sipping but this has the weight & depth to take on some fish, too.

Light and airy, with persistent bubbles. A fun aperitif to enjoy with light snacks. — 5 days ago
Nose is the apogee of elegant richness. Blind I might guess god’s condrieu. A touch of honey. Gorgeous.
Palate is honey. Minerals. Some other gorgeous stuff I can’t describe. Still so elegant. Rainwater of the gods.
As this aerates the internal aromatics are nectar like. Honey made from nectarine flowers.
Finish lingers like a lovers sweet kiss at dawn. — 2 months ago

Wonderful depth & purity and quite multifaceted—racy salinity at one glance, creamy fruit at another. Open for business (we gave it a morning decant) but will benefit from more time. Beautiful wine. — 2 days ago
