Brut Rose Grand Cru Champagne Blend

The beautiful pink color is something to behold, but the wine itself is quite impressive as well.
Nose is of strawberry, pear, red cherry, grapefruit, bread crump, and chalky minerals. Gentle and creamy mousse provides an smooth entry, with a medium body that’s broad and penetrating. Lightly spiced and floral finish.
80% Pinot and 20% Chard from 3.6 ha vineyard in the grand cru village of Mailly-Champagne.
