Smooth and balanced sun. 2018. Delicious. Berry cranberry astringent. — 8 months ago
My last bottle from the defunct yet memorable winery.
Smells so delicious, like a fruit yogurt
This drinks like it is fresh, with blackberry bramble, subtle and unique red fruits tucked behind the leather ones.
Tannins are still very gripping, and the acidity tames it back. A touch of heat and its off to the races! — 10 months ago
Light Ruby color. Tart, rich, deep tannic flavor. Light body. — a month ago
Nice fruit, well balanced, great with cheese and crackers — 3 months ago
What a difference 4 years makes since last tasting this. This is much more secondary with cherry, herbal forest floor, mushroom, leather, dried lavender, maybe some meat notes. It almost seems like a Sangiovese as I’m thinking about it, but more game like components. So freaking good but start drinking soon! — 9 months ago
Very good. Found at Kroger. Bottle didn’t say the year but think 2022. — 2 months ago
Medium-deep ruby color.
Aromas of raspberry jam, buttered brioche, spice.
Dry. Flavors of black cherry, raspberry, cinnamon. Medium, velvety tannins. Delicious!

Deep ruby color. Intense crushed wet rock aromas along with dark cherry, burnt rubber, violets and fresh herbs. Sour berry and cherry flavors along with hints of bramble, black olive, spices and smoked meat. Drying tannins with a very rustic and gamey quality. — 10 months ago
