Light straw in color.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity.
Showing citrus, lemons, apples, oak, light vanilla, spices, minerals and white pepper.
Spicy finish with oak and almonds.
This Chardonnay from Burgundy is enjoyable by itself, although a little oaky for me, and watery on the finish.
Very pleasant to drink, and good by itself or with food.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
13% alcohol by volume.

This is some Beau with some years on it and must say I much prefer it. Not as fruity forward and bouncy as when young; now more balanced and slightly refined (more pronounced finish and less acidity). Still have a couple of these left. I’ll have to do a side by side!! — a month ago
Pale lemon color.
Aromas of citrus, mineral.
Dry. Flavors of lemon, toasted brioche. Smooth bubbles.

Delicious and just starting to be drinkable. Lovely opulent fruit and a spine of gorgeous acidity. A touch of sweetness. Great, with loads of life ahead — 10 days ago
