Dry but not bone dry. Vanilla notes. Not acidic, but balanced. Drank at Johannes Palm Springs — 2 days ago
On the way back🤔 not as nice as the other bottles. It lacks at complexity and depth. — 5 months ago
Slightly darker PN with cherries and some damson plums, a bit of moist undergrowth and mushroom soup. There’s a herby touch, too.
Quite lean on the palate, tightly woven around a core of juicy acidity, with a mineral streak and a pinch of herbs towards the fairly long finish.
Not a bad one, and drinking rather nicely right now.
Edit: shows much greater purity & elegance the day after. So keep & don’t drink just yet! — 6 months ago
Medium intense, youthful somwhat closed but very concentrated aromas with an unleashes complexity. White pear, yellow peaches, honey dew melon, herbs and a prominent wet stone minerality.
More forward on the palate with a high acidity, medium well integrated alcohol in a medium + full body, plenty of extract and high flavour intensity driven by a tactile and near savoury, salty spine that mingles with ripe but fresh fruit profile with characters of blood orange, pears and white peach. Good fatigue across the mid palate thorugh a solid finish.

Just lovely. So clean and bright, with a little mineral tang. And a great value! — 10 months ago
Bright crisp green apple Grüner, and made with organic grapes. Lovely example of the breed. — 2 months ago

Pale golden hue. Honeysuckle, ripe white peach, guava, lavender honey, and slate notes; moderate acidity. Dry and aromatic Riesling from Austria 🇦🇹 that pairs well with this rice noodle salad, with a Mirin-based dressing, seasoned with peanuts, ginger, red pepper, green onion, and cilantro. Vintage 2014. ABV 11.5%. — a year ago
