What a wine. Sweet herbs and red berries. A light frame but tons of flavor. Very balanced and drinking quite well. — 2 months ago
Fermentery Form - Form to Table batch #2. This is the current best brewery in Pennsylvania and this is my favorite beer that they make. All are good to excellent but this little grisette like ale is perfect. Only 3.5%, nicely balanced acidity, wheat malt, bitter hops and just a touch of wild sourness. — a month ago

A bit to candied for me. Prefer the estate wines. But still very nice. — 2 months ago
Just excellent - really opened up over four+ hours but drank well from the start. 3-5 years will do it well. — a month ago
An infant for certain but you have to have one bottle of the latest vintage...
This is maybe the best young Lauer I’ve had. Not tried any of his other 17ers so not sure if it’s the vintage. But this is brilliant wine. So exotic, spiced and stony. It took three full days to start singing. But what a wine and what it will be at 10 yrs old! — 2 months ago

Pure Beaujolais pleasure. Drinking very well now but I suspect it will be good for the next 8-10 years. — a month ago
