Le Vintage Brut Champagne Blend 2009

Earthy and full bodied, pairs surprisingly well with meat seasoned in a semi-sweet sauce. — 6 months ago

Le Black Label Brut Champagne Blend 2016

2016 Black Label Brut. Delightfully classic gold color, lots of small bubbles. I smell brioche, butter cookie, apricot, and lemon. Very dry and crisp taste, a hint of lemon but otherwise clean. — a month ago

Gold Label Brut Champagne 2008

2008: at 15 years old: still so bright and energetic. Buttered toast, orchard apple, stone on nose. Bright acidity accompanied by fine effervescent bubbles, creamy lemon and Granny Smith apple predominate palate with nice lengthy finish….shoulda waited to open but appreciate the tension and exuberance. — 4 months ago

Vintage Collection Brut Champagne Blend 1985

Still vital. From mag. Some toasted and sherried notes but a live wire of fresh citrus acidity. Settled soft notes of roses and some dried orange. Very good shape given its age — 5 months ago

Lanson Père & Fils

Noble Cuvée Vintage 2002

Well-made, round and simple Champagne. Hard to guess age here as it feels so young. Lots of fruits, cream and sunflower seeds. Only aftertaste reveals some age in the form of an old cellar and Jerez notes. Not impressive, but interesting experience anyways.
