La Devine Du Clos Cantenac

Château Brane-Cantenac

Grand Cru Classé en 1855 Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2009

First sip after opening was incredibly watery and light.

Took about 3 hours to open up and show. And then it was exactly as expected with great depth and fruit. Solid backbone and balance.

3-D Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir 2020

Devine mix of SRH barnyard funk and sturdy backbone of dark stone fruit and cranberries. 14.5% ABV. Color is deceptively light - might look wild if I could find my 3-D glasses. Cheers! — 2 months ago

Brosephs @Kevin Løk @Brendan Devine this was one of those wines that makes you smile. Still a baby - this fruit was long and luxurious. A great reminder why good wine is worth the pursuit — 4 months ago

Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

Enjoy quite good aroma with black currant and modest oak. Comfortable sweetness and tanning, acidic, well balanced at high level. A bit tannic and alcohol rich means a bit young? as of less than a hour. Enough decanting would help it show amazing good black currant aroma with balanced elegant mid body. 2015 @2200, wine plus -, 220423-220526 — 2 months ago
