Well…ain’t your grandfather’s Soave that’s for sure. Forget about screwing back the screw top…Dangerously Delicious! (And this is the entry level Soave of Signore Prà’s Soave lineup. On a mission to secure the other three bottlings.) — a month ago
Quite unknown denomination Grapes are sangiovese(mainly), cabernet, malvasia nera and montepulciano Only stainless steel Nice surprise altogether Cherry, tar and black pepper A touch warm at the end Pleasant — 3 years ago
Serious stuff. Perfumed and bright. Drinks like burgundy with a very different fruit profile. Very interesting wine. Not your average Soave — 2 months ago
This may be the best charbono I’ve ever had. Hallmark sassafras, cola and rich chocolate. The tannins are big but perfectly integrated. This is one of the best Hess wines. — 3 years ago
