N:Peaches and rockks, apricots, all just this side of ripe. Cantaloupe lurking in the background, lemons, straw.
P: Quince, citrus, nice acidity (lots), lip puckering with the minerals still present.
Delicious with pork sausages over rhubarb & chard.

It’s 95F outside, and it’s the end of the workweek. Does this can taste of heirloom cider apples, slightly sweet (no, call it “almost dry”) and kick ass at 8.5% alc/vol? Yes, yes indeed it does.
