Estate Bottled Don's Block Pinot Noir 2014

Leave this open at least one hour before consuming. Good and somewhat elegant Pinot Noir. Solid berry flavor, elegant finish, but a slight aftertaste that mars the bottle. Almost a top-notch bottle similar to an Eola Hills Pinot Noir if not for the aftertaste. At $36 a nice value. — 8 months ago

Intense Pinot Noir. No subtlety here. Powerful strawberry flavor but clean and elegant finish. Leave it out an hour before consuming and keep it cool. It is its own style of Pinot Noir, closer to Burgundy than US but far stronger than Burgundy. More like a Burgundy drunk too young. — a year ago
